The welded parts form the largest group of products from the SCHERDEL portfolio. Welding of reinforcement from wire, tapes, shaped sheets is realized through MIG / MAG TIG / WIG technology, resistance welding and soldering process for spring wires. The welded groups consist of multidimensional structures that provide the individual functions and strength of the welded whole. By using different types of materials, special coatings, optimization solutions with emphasis on weight reduction, welded units in the SCHERDEL group guarantee reliability and long service life.
